RETURNS

We do not offer FREE returns but we do accept returns within 14 days. Providing the item is unused, undamaged and in its original condition we will offer a full refund on the returned products (postage will not be refunded). 

​If you wish to return your item please contact us straight away through instagram or email for a returns address, we also remind you to include your order number in your return so we know where to refund for the item.

REFUNDS

We aim to refund returned items within 24 hours (this does not include weekends or bank holidays).

Refunds if you have paid on Paypal should be received instantly. 

Refunds Via (debit card) can take up to 10 days. You should receive an email confirming your refund if processing, if you have not please check your junk / spam. 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at the moment.

DAMAGED ITEM

If your item has arrived damaged - we cannot apologies enough please get in touch with us so we can resolve this for you! 

If your item has become damaged - We ask that you contact us as this will depend on the circumstances of the damage. Unfortunately we do not offer warranty on our products. This is due to their delicate nature. We cannot be responsible for how they have been handled once they have been received by our customers. However as a company we do always like to assist in anyway that we can to help our customers!

UK DELIVERIES (excl. Northern Ireland* )

FLAT RATE £2.50

We offer Royal Mail 48hrs tracked delivery to the UK*.

All of our in-stock items are sent out within the next working day (if ordered by noon - 12pm).

For pre-order items, you will be notified as soon as the item is on it’s way to you. Please allow 2-3 weeks.
